Meditative flow

This is a 8x10 oil painting done on stretched canvas board, completely framed. The overall dimensions are 14”x16”. This painting was a concept of mine that merges 2 worlds of mine, meditation and art. Some of the greatest flow states through art for myself has been through the medium of spray paint.
